Air Bag Lamp blinks

Hey Guys

I went to Hawks Thirdgen today and the Air Bag lamp comes on and goes off. Its just art the way it happens and makes no sense. It comes on, goes off and then it stays off... and comes back on. It does not realy do it on a base...anybody went to this problem before ?

Lars

When I start my car cold the air bag light will sometimes come on for a second or two and then it's gone and never comes back again. I've noticed it a few times and wondered about it myself.

Hey

Yeah mine is blink when I drive, looks like the Airbag wants to tell me something, what is kinda out of place, but I will look into it. I checked the web yesterday...but no luck...2000 different things, guess there is just one way, check it via computer

Garage
Check the connections to the airbags and sensors and make sure they are tight and clean.

Also would help if your scanner is capable of reading SIR codes. If you had a 94 or 95 obd1 car, instead of an obd2 car, you could use the scan program scan9495 to read SIR & ABS codes.
