Electrical draw disable link near battery double wire if disconnected draw goes away but also will not start with this disconnected.1995 formula firebird 5.7

Haven't looked up the link to see which one it is. But several of the fuseable links supply live all the time power to the fuse box and some components. To understand the wiring better, go to the following link and download the 95 service manual. It has a complete wiring section with power wires, grounds, fuses, and all components on car that use DC electricity. My Files
