Hi Although I am in Spain at present this Brit guy and his 'ole lady' will be heading for our Ft Myers condo for our 3 month winter break. It will be our first stay since buying the place so we are really looking forward to furnishing it and getting to know our stateside 'cousins'. Naturally if we are US bound we need US wheels, and what better than to choose an American icon the Camaro Z28! Having never had any expierence with V8 muscle ( I have a 3 ltr BMW Z3 here in Spain ) I choose the car I wanted in a Tampa ad, and then got an indepentant car inspector to road test and check the car out, submit a report, and Carfax the history. All checked out so now we own an 1996 Artic White Camaro Z28 with cold air induction, cat back exhaust, a shift kit , 'Posi' rear end, ' Corvette' chome wheels, and leather interior, and we can'r wait to pick it up in January. Dispite my country of birth I hope to be accepted by the forum !!!!!!

Hi, my name is Rick and I am from Idaho. At present I am putting together a 67 Jeepster. I removed the V6 Buick and 3 speed trans and am going to replace them with an LT1 and 4L60E early model trans. Just started the project a week ago and will need some help on the vaccumn routings as I was not the one who removed the engine. Looked to be a good site for info. After the swap is done I should be able to answer questions on this project for others. Thanks, Rick

Hi I'm Keely and I'm from Kansas. I Have a 95 Firebird Formula w/ LT1 and a 96 Camaro with a V6 5spd. They are both getting ready for rebuilds. Firebird is getting a face lift from the stock Formula look to the newer Firebird front end and replacing some interior. The Camaro is Getting a new clutch and a top swap with a 97 GTP so it will be Super Charged and all the body work is done on it. I'm really looking forward to learning about our cars this is our first pair of F-Body's and its gonna be fun!

Greetings

I'm from the deep, deep, deep south, (Mississippi Gulf Coast) and am intrigued with the LT1 and the possibilities this engine offers. I've been reading here for a while and have found a lot of useful info for my tinkering. I now have some info that may be useful to others so I decided to join. See you in the forums.
