I bought this car a week ago... I went from a 1997 sunfire to this beauty...

May I say its sexy...

It is a V6 auto... It's the 2010 limited edition version of the camaro which kinda makes it a little neater

I love the thing but I want to add some improvements to the baby to make it a little faster... Just little things here and there (I don't want to spend 1000 +... YET.... I would be willing to do that maybe in a year or two... but right now I am willing to spend a couple hundred on little things)

So this is where you... The general public of awesomeness come in...

I would like tips on what to look for when wanting to improve the speed of the vehicle... I heard performance chips are legit? So i looked up these chips... Are they actually good or are they garbage and just give a placebo effect?

DSC PERFORMANCE CHIP CAMARO 2010 | eBay

PERFORMANCE CHIP FOR CHEVROLET CAMARO 1990-2010 1999 99 | eBay

PERFORMANCE CHIP FOR CHEVROLET CAMARO 2010 10 V6 / V8 | eBay

If these are legit... which of the three would you recommend (or which chip would you recommend BESIDES these or whatever)

I am really in love with this car and would love to improve the performance... I don't really have knowledge of cars so if you guys can help i whatever way possible it wuold be greatly appreciated

Thanks!

- Ryan

I would just try a cat back exhaust and a CAI first. That should give you a little bit of a pump in performance. Im sure the sponsors got something right up your alley for your car. BTW, love the color!!!

Stay with boltons only, don't touch the tune or it will void the warranty. CAI and full exhaust aren't bad options.

DSC Performance chips on ebay is a Scam , waste of money your better off grinding up 25 bucks and putting it in your gas tank. just an empty box with 2 wires on it
