rifles
Anyone been watching the prices of the semi auto rifles? Just curious how crazy it is elsewhere. A cheap AR like a DPMS oracle, Bushmaster carbon, or M&P15 sport that was around $700 2 weeks ago is now going for over $2k. Cheap polymer complete lowers are now $500. Magazine proces are soaring too. They were $12-18 for the good polymer mags and are now $60+ ea.
I may sell a couple rifles. Glad I bought all my AR pistol stuff when I did.

Every time there's a scare about the government taking away our guns prices go through the roof. Someday I hope that our elected representatives will realize that taking guns from honest, upstanding citizens is not the answer. Criminals and crazys will always find a way to get guns, legal or not. I've used firearms since I was 10 years old, haven't gone out and shot anyone in those 49 years.

Yup sadly the majority of ppl do not understand that criminals WILL get a gun even if we ban all military firearms and hmm regular?? Firearms.... IMO someone wanting to harm other ppl will do it with anything they get their hands off that being said we should increase the price on wood because a criminal could stab someone with it....

Guns kill people...
Just like spoons made me fat,
my pencil made me write the wrong answer
and my car made me hit that tree.
Tapco 20rd SKS mags (the only good aftermarket mag for the SKS) used to be $20 at Fleet Farm. They currently are going on ebay for $60+ each

I picked up a Sig556 at the beginning of the madness. Thinking about reselling it for a quick $1k profit. Not like I need the rifle, but I do like that the stock folds and it uses AR mags.
What can I say, I have black rifle disease!

I could have got an AR lower for $75 about a yr ago & built what I wanted. Now they are an easy $4-500 just for the lower.

This explains the majority of people's views. Misunderstanding of guns.
I bet 95% of the people who want to ban ARs have never even handled a gun before, and know nothing about guns. They just view everyone with a gun as a terrorist

I agree thst the fear is about ignorance. Thats one reason why I try to get more people into shooting sports.
I laugh when they politicians want to ban high capacity clips. Well go right ahead. I don't use clips except for my Mausers and then they're only 5 rounds.

Yea personaly I think it's BS-you can't blame the gun for the actions of the idiot behind it! A normal sane person would never go blow away a bunch of strangers much less little children! Sick in the head is what they are! I don't have an assault rifle but do own several deer rifles, a few shotguns, and a handful of hand guns, with that being said when I am target practicing or hunting I have only needed one bullet to get the results I am looking for, I don't need a 100 round clip to get the job done! We must be in tune with what the politicians are doing or they will make it hard on the gun owners with more restrictions and higher prices! Sorry for the rant but I love my guns and have been shooting since I was old enough to hold a 22 rifle!

Yep, I got an old single shot 12 guage that is chambered for 3 inch, and is also a full choke. And a semi auto 30-06 rifle. The shotgun is home protection and hunting purposes, and the 30-06 is hunting purposes, Im not tryin to be a gun finatic or law breaker but NO ONE is going to take my guns.
NO ONE
