just relocated to lakeland,looking for some fbody guys,I drove my ws6 here,would like to meet a few people maybe someone with a shop so I can perform some light maintence on my car,Im sketchy about just taking it somewhere and like to do my own work. Im willing to pay a bit for shop use. or just meet some people, im very new here and dont really know anyone,relocated for a job..let me know thx.

well your gona have to wait,I had an offer i couldnt refuse,the 97 ws6 went away yesterday,it was very cherry..
Im hunting for another one right now..looking for something not so cherry..i want something tricked.cammed,tuned.I Got cash but im looking for a DEAL...

but yea i did find a shop,this guy has a shop he opens up from 5pm-9pm for guys like us..that would be a cool place to make a friday night meet.now back to searching for my next car..

I too am in the Lakeland area. I would love to hang out with some other F-Body's. I have a 94 Formula V8. I would also love to know where this shop is that is open 5-9? I have been looking for something like that for quite some time. I see F-body's every now and again. There is a trans am on Bartow Road I see everyday and I see a couple of 3rd or 4th gen camaros and firebirds every now and again. I think it would be really cool to hang out and work on f-body's and get advice from people that live in the area.

Hes off pimpkin rd by the airport...Me,Im still searching for a trans am...I sold my 97 ws6 for 8000.00 it was very very nice..I want something more beast then beauty..something I can actually park next to someone and not worry if they scratch it..I found a 383 6 speed car,but its white..im kinda in love with black.this will be my 24th trans am..hard to believe even for me....i feel kinda dumb buying a 383 car because i know how expensive it is to drive...but im also really excited at the same time..I dont think Ill ever grow up!..But when I do get my next one,Id like to get this Fbody shop meet going once a week.

i know this is an old thread, but im in the lakeland area. that trans am on bartow road was me. i lived down in ft meade for almost 2 years.
