Default Need more power

This is my frist post to this forum Iam looking to do a heads and cam swap to my 96 ws6 looking to mabye get 400 whp. I would need to keep the car streetable and some what emissions legal the only aftermarket things done to the car is lt headers and off road y-pipe mangaflow cat back. I am sure i would need a tune for the computer. please let me know any recomadations

Is the car automatic or 6 speed?

Going to have to have at a minimum:

Fully ported heads with 1.6 roller rockers, hardened pushrods, guideplates
230/236 Comp XE cam
Full exhaust with longtubes, probably a cutout or true duals
52 or 58mm throttle body
dyno tune

the car is 6 speed already has long tubes no cats 3in cat back
