Default motor miss FN weird

I had a motor miss from a bout 2months ago.I was reving the car like a dumbass (as it is all stock) it came up to 6grand hit the rev limiter 4 second. And it droped a cylinder and started tapping but then went away, but was still missing. So i was like f it(cuz i dont drive the car anyway(not yet at least).the other day i started looking for what i did,and what i found shocked me.pulled the drivers side valve cover off.(cuz num 4 plug out and was soked with fuel) welp the exhuast rocker stud must have been backing off over time and the rocker came off the valve. The motor is a reman so i think im going 2 retourqe all the studs just for fun.
So my quiestion is< can i put giude plates and old style roller rockers on the factory heads? I dont like them self allihning rockers

another 1. Are the rods and pistons the same as a gen1 sbc? Im guessing the push rod length is the same.
I just pulled the trans 2day(some 1 ran it low on fluid and burnt the 3/4 clutches out
