Okay...i dont have my car with me right now. But I'll be back this weekend and i'll go over everything again but I went over everything last weekend and still nothing. And why couldnt you spray in 4th? Wouldnt you be good as long as your RPM's are 3-5800?

Ok.
I skimmed through this whole thread but I might have missed something that you may have answered earlier.
If so....sorry.
But here we go.
The TPS wire,
Did you verify that it goes from about 0 volts to around 5 volts at wot?
Bottle.
Is it full?
How are you verifying that it works with the engine off/key on?
In reality, there should be no difference in the key on/engine off position and running down the street.
Where did you pick up power from?
