+1 .. Don't forget logging software. I recommend TTS DataMaster EE for logging OBD1.. FreeScan is free, and works, but Datamaster is the best when you really want to get into the details with easy to read logs. You can get 20 free logs with the free DatamasterEE download, but you need to buy a $20 $EE definition file for your '95 to make it work. Another little more 'user intense' product out there is TunerPro RT, it's free, supported by users only. I tried it but like TunerCat/Datarmaster combination better. To me tuning/logging software is the cheapest bang for the buck mod around . Cost 1/2 the price of a good catback AND also helps identify broken engine management stuff as an added benefit.
