Manual conversion

I have a 1998 trans am with an ls1 5.7, its currently a automatic and I'm wanting to convert it to a manual. Im pretty new to this kind of stuff and i was wanting to know how much its going to cost to do it, and what all i will have to buy, and maybe what i can buy used. Thanks

I did it this past summer, wasn't too bad of a swap, but I'm going back to auto this winter. This will help: 4L60E to T56 conversion instructions for 1994-1997 LT-1

Dont suppose you have a guide for going to an automatic? I found a standard car and have an automatic donor car i want to make one. The standard doesnt have a tranny and the autos body is warped.
