Ported intake gains

Hows it going guys. I sent advanced induction a intake to port out for me. I have there 190 heads and cam. How much hp and torque do u think id gain. Reason id like to know is cause im buying a circle d 4000 converter and wondering if the ported intake and a new tune would change my car dramically to the point where my converter to be built off of my current dyno sheet be wrong. Kinda having trouble wording this so bare with me

Little to none. On a large cubic inch stoker or built 355 might see 5-10hp point is the factory manifold does a good job. The larger air gap edelbrock makes less power than a stock lt1 manifold. Stock Lt1 the runners are short and have a fairly large cross section as is seen some that flow 220-270cfm great for high rpm HP engines not as good as longer narrower runners for torque.

Circle D prob won't change much, but you should be more worried about getting it tuned for the new verter.

Thought it wouldnt change much. Yea imma get bryan from pcm for less to do it at a dyno day if he comes to our area soon enough. If not then ill probally go with bob ida from oldbridge area. Tuned my buddies 93 z
