Default Crank but wont start

Alright to start off with i have a 1993 Firebird formula, was a daily driver before all of this started to happen. I was flushing out my cooling system about a week ago when my car just died, it was already late at night so i just let it sit. Went out the next morning and all it would do was crank over, i'm getting good spark and 42 lb's of fuel pressure. I replaced ICM thinking that might have been it but nothing changed. Now heres the thing, if i leave the key on for about 30 minutes or more the car will start right up and shut off once it gets to about 160 degrees .

Maybe your coolant temp sensor front of the water pump it can cause a few problems such as hard starting and driving issues and its sends it signal to the ecu .I assume u kept your opti spark as dry as possible while flushing your coolant

I left the key on in the accessory position now for about a day, went out this morning to work on it and it started right up. Let it run for about 15 minutes but once it heated to about 160 degrees it started to idle rough and the rpm gauge started to spaz and it shut down. Getting confused the more and more i get into this car.

U need to get the car scanned one that shows real time data it will save you a headache if your local parts store has one I would do that I would also check your opti spark wiring harness were it plugs into the opti
