NEED ADVICE asap.

Not around my car at the moment but need opinions.

Would not having a vacuum line hooked up to my fuel pressure regulator cause the rich running condition and low power?

I was just thinking, when I installed the supercharger, maybe one of the vacuum lines I was dealing with was supposed to be hooked to the FPR and I didn't? I know stock the FPR gets routed to the intake manifold but since my car is boosted wouldn't it be hooked somewhere to the other vacuum lines?
I don't know where It's connected or if It's connected until I get home but I just thought of this.

If its a vac/boost referenced fuel reg it needs a reference port on the intake.

If its a non boost increasing fuel reg, then no, set it and forget it.
