Have you checked the basics (spark and proper fuel pressure)?

I would also check and make sure that the opti harness is plugged in all the way, check the wires going to the ICM and Coil make sure they are plugged in as well.Did you use lock tite on the rotor screws?

how old is the icm?..if its got good fuel pressure and the pump is working but it wont start than naturally its a spark problem...so that only leaves a few things...check the connections to the starter and battery to be safe and then the coil and opti harness also incase its flooded the the way to clear a flooded motor is to turn the igniton to the on position and hold the gas pedal to the floor for 5 to 10 seconds it should clear the flood..did you check for leaks after you put the wp back on?

you don't need to pull plug wires; simply disconnect the coil from the opti and test for spark there. If you get spark there, reconnect and test a plug wire. If you then get no spark, the rotor probably fell off and grenaded the opti

Make sure you use lock-tite on the rotor screws
