Odd low coolant light issue 1997 trans am

I have seen and read most of the low coolant light threads over the years, but have a weird low coolant light issue I havent seen before. I have a 1997 Trans Am with the LT1, low coolant light is on usually but sometimes starts out dim or off and gradually brightens or gets bright after a while of driving. Ive never seen one do anything but be on or off. Id normally assume bad or dirty sensor, but the fading brightness thing has me wanting to check with you guys here to see if anyone has had something like this before. If not, I might have to look into the electrical to make sure nothing is backfeeding or not right there, but wanted to see if anyone had a bad sensor act like this before as I have never seen it. Thanks.

I had that issue a wile back with my 1994 Trans am GT it turned out to be a bad socket on the back of the gauge cluster. So I changed it and the bulb and all was good well the light was still on till I changed the center.

It's probably just the sensor. Mine did this a few times. You can just unplug the sensor and see if you still have the same situation. That should prove if it is being caused by any backfeed condition.
