Post Engine LT1 Stalls/dies after 15-30 mins, doesnt start again for 15 mins

Hello Fellow American Muscle owners,

VEHICLE:

I have a 1994 z28 Camaro, with the LT1 Engine (V8 5.7L)


ISSUE:

I have had issue with stalling after 15-30 mins after running. There is no check engine light for this issue
I know there may be other posts on the forum for my current issue, but I wanted to create this post for a trouble shooting guide for myself.


REPLACED PARTS: (shotgun trouble shooting, I know I'm bad....)

Fuel pump (Was tested proper pressure is being delivered [AC-Delco]) (Used the "Hatch" method)
fuel filter (Replaced with Fuel pump)
Opti-spark (Laser, Rotor, and Cap) (Also Tested)
Coil pack and ICM module (Coil replaced twice and tested, ICM replaced twice, both spaced from the engine)
Spark plugs and associated wires (Why not im already underneath the thing)
Checked wiring harness for breaks and short (mainly round ICM)


SYMPTOMS:

Before the engine dies, it stumbles a little bit, then dies. After it dies, it cant be restarted for about 10-15 mins.


THOUGHTS:

The thoughts I have on this would be the security system for the Z28, possibility a faulty system that may cut power to the injectors?
I haven't checked voltage in the injector wiring (as from what I read the Security system cuts power to the injectors).
I did not check the connectivity of the pins in the wiring that connect to the coilpack/ICM (I have seen online that it may be an issue)

Any extra thoughts towards this problem would be much appreciated.


CLOSING:

What would be the proper trouble shooting methods for fixing this? I have put so many parts and money and time into this car! I've brought it to mechanics, and they couldn't figure it out.

Mainly I'm requesting input for this project, I really don't want to give up and sell the car for part, as I have put so many parts into it, please help. Any input is helpful.

First thing is scan. There are silent trouble codes relating to ignition that don't light the check engine lamp. They should be retained in memory.

Also, during the time it won't start, check the fuel pressure. Pumps can overheat and shut down, then start back up when they cool.
