I would start a process of elimination. Start with taking off the serpentine drive belt and see if noise goes away. If it does one of the driven accessories is making the noise if not, it could be the clutch.

You need to have car on a lift, or at least up in the air on sturdy jack stands, as you will have to get under there in close proximity with the clutch to tell if that is where noise is coming from.

Is you air pump staying on for longer than the usual time and making the noise? It's electric and doesn't depend on drive belt to work.

If you can't find the noise anywhere else, as a last result, I would remove water pump and see if it or it's drive assembly is causing the noise.

I took the car for a drive today. The noise is gone- for now. I ragged on it a little bit for a solid 10 minutes after driving 10 miles or so and nothing. I finally pulled up to my house and sat there idling for about 2 minutes and it stalled. I fired it up again and the SES came on with the idle bouncing around for a second

Tomorrow I'll start tearing things apart going through the harness and testing everything, sick of this.
