Have you tried the service manual located at www.mediafire.com/?40mfgeoe4ctti

There's a whole section in each years manual devoted to doors. It will tell you about window removal.

In a nut shell, the job involves removing inner door panel. Then loosening the top cushion assemblies. Drilling out the big rivets that hold window to mechanism. Cutting the sealant in the channel that window resides. Then pulling window out through opening in top of door.

You may have to remove the outer window sweep also. It is held to the door by small screws with 7mm heads. If memory serves me correctly. It's held on inside of window opening. A wrench will be needed to get to the screws.
