Smile 1994 red transam $5000.00 obo

Family is growing time to get rid of the stepchild...

1994 PontiacFirebird Transam RED has 199,000 Miles. Engine (less than 4000miles) is A fresh LT1, Eagle crank scat 4340 rods, forged probe pistons .030 over., moly rings, pioneer balancer has all been balanced. Cam is one of the largest made for the LT1. (specs avalible on request from serious buyer) Comp cam kit and new full roller lifters, valvetrain is self aligning full rollers by comp, (the ones that look like a skeleton..) The heads have been opened up a lot and ported to match the headers. Springs match the cam of course. The headers are BBK and meet dual 2.5 inch pipes (true duals) and exit in 2 flomaster mufflers. (have 2 dynomax too if you like the sound) Intake has been ported and car is running 36 lb injectores, over the factory 24 lb. 58 mm throttle body and new MAP,MAF,IAT sensors, Port fogging 125HP NOS from fender mounted cheater solenoids... New battery, a/c compressor, tensioner assembly, power steering pump, water pump, radiator, K&N filter, most all of the hoses have been steer braided... MSD probillet OPTIspark 1 feed 10.4 mm taylor wires to iridium spark plugs. Blaster coil and a MSD street fighter ignition system. transmission is a fresh 4L60E (replaced with engine) with new internals and firmer shifting and a 2500 stall hughes torque converter. rear panhard bar and torsion arm have been tube steel reinforced to minimize flexing... Eurathene transmission mount and rear suspension bushings (trailing arm and sway bar etc...) have been done. Rear differential ia a 4.11 posi. The original differential 3.23 (entire housing not a set of gears in a bucket) comes also. The front ball joints have been replaced. Front and rear shocks are monroe now and rear springs have been replaced.. Fuel pump is a new granatelli to accomodate the engine and NOS demand. Brakes are drilled rotors and ceramic pads. Car was repainted about a 1.5 years ago and still looks ok. The rear tail lamps are of the newer model and dont have the lines in them (honeycomb look) T tops for the most part do not leak except for the occasional left front corner drip they all seem to have (im not gonna lie)... Tinted windows, power door and lock. Cd player etc. There is an air fuel meter and a vaccum gauge mounted in the headliner. Dual air bags and leather vynil style interior. The car has 6 wheels ZO6 reproduction wheels. on the car 10 inches wide with 275/40/17 sumitomo HTR ZIII 65%tread left... the other 2 are still zo6 wheels but they are 12.5 inches wide with 315/35/17 nitto nt555 (mostly worn)... The PCM has been flashed to the rear end and fuel injectors and the car comes with a laptop cable and software, to program (reflash) the PCM for fututre tuning... No lights on in dash (occasional map light from the cam) but car wont smog... dont try... The car has a very agressive sounding idle... I think Ive covered most everything, again, I need serious buyers only. Asking $5000.00 OBO...

Yes still for sale. Actually pulled the heads last week. Decided to recheck everything (if no one buys, I want it to be solid). Installed guide plates on the heads and Howard tie bar style lifters and an about to measure for new push rods. I know the comp rocker arms aren't set up for over 6k rpm. I'm not going to wait for these self aligners to side step and drop a valve... We're removing g the self aligners and going to guide plates. I don't wanna drop a valve at that rpm... Much safer. The car is still for sale. It's being bolted back together as we speak. Price is still the same... My personal upgrade preference shouldn't cost someone extra. Again if no one ever bought the car this is one of those things I want... The balancing and cam allows this car to tach 7k. On its way back together as we speak...

I still love this car!!! Ive been driving it back and forth to work. we took it out the other night and had a big block pick up try me... Dusted him with no nitrous. Than yesterday we were on the way to the mall and we had a Porsche try the same thing... Boy was it fun to see the rich guys eyes light up when we passed him up on the highway. We heard him downshift and than heard a loud BUZZZZ than he heard a loud BLAAAAAAA!!!!!! his expression was priceless... Still haven't cracked the bottle back open..

I had pictures of the car on the website on this thread I guess the forums took them off I do have the same pictures in my profile if you cannot view them just let me know and I will text you the pictures ... Yes the car is still for sale we just put a windshield in it the small crack was getting annoying and the classic windshield wiper streak made it hard to see... 2055446500. And yes the car is still for sale... Only now due to the fact that we have added the windshield change the valvetrain and done all the other work the price has not changed is just $5000 firm not OBO.. I have a trailer and yes I can deliver To most locations within reason. The car is in Georgia
