Is the fluid discolored or smell burnt? Does it still move forward? Does it shift through every gear forward? Any unusual noises?

Have you tried putting it manually in first to see if it moves easier from a stop?

In a 4L60E you have 2 things that have to hold for reverse...The reverse input clutch and the low/reverse clutch. If the low/reverse is the problem, you may not have manual low either, however they do use a different seal on the piston. You may have an issue with either of these or in an apply circuit. Conversly, a forward or 3-4 clutch that is staying engaged will also cause a no reverse condition, but should allow the vehicle to move forward with the shifter in neutral.
The park rod in the trans has a mushroomed end that holds the end on. If that comes apart, it will allow the trans to stay in park until it is pulled to a range further away from park, such as O/D or D. This would help explaoin why it can't be pushed in neutral. I've seen this happen on GM FWDs (4T60Es), but rarely in a 4L60E.
There may also be an issue with the rear planetary, but that should cause a noise.
My suggestion is to drop the pan on it. Inspect the park rod and make sure it's disengaging the park dawg. If the pan is full of metal or burnt clutch sediment, you know you'll have to look further.
