Reaction sun gear bushing 97 4l60E

Howdy folks!! This is my second time rebuilding a 4l60E. The Bushing in the reaction sun gear is loose, IE I can pull it out with my fingers. I'm going to assume I should press another one in, or this ok?

I would check the inside of the reaction sun gear, where the bushing goes, very closely. If signs present of bushing having spun and damaged it's seating area, I would go ahead and replace the sun gear.

If area where bushing goes is good, then just get a new bushing and install.

Yeah, check the gear on the inside where the bushing presses in and make sure it's not damaged. I can pretty well assure it will be fine. Those gears are extremely hard. If it's OK, install a Sonnax wide bushing and then make sure it spins on the reaction shaft without binding.
