Angry 700r4 need help

Alright well I own a 93firebird with an automatic 700r trans and I'm having a problem which is if I mash the gas to hard it feels like my tranny wants to break throughy car it keeps knocking and rising which even hurts me I already replaced the tranny mount which was one of the probles before but now it still doing the same but not as bad p.s yes mount is still good

Did you put a cheap mount on it? This still sounds like a broken or weak mount...Or the bolt or nut being missing that holds the mount to the crossmember.

No actually all of that is in good condition still Do u have any other suggestions as to what it can be

That sounds exactly like a broken tranny mount, maybe check the torque arm mount?
