.. if you have not been to Detroit for roughly the 3rd weekend in August .. the fun might not last forever.. guys.. if you take whats emerging here from the leading Detroit based newspaper "The Detroit Free Press"..

Joellen Gilchrist knows her mission is heresy. She's expecting rude shouts and unkind gestures, but that won't deter her. She wants to stop the Dream Cruise.
Thousands of pre-Clean Air Act vehicles spewing carbon dioxide into the atmosphere contribute to global warming, she said this week. "It was fun for a few years, but it's time for it to be over," she said.

You guys gotta go there.. better then Pomona Swap meet by 1000 times.. better then the TA nats or the having it off with El McPherson (I guess!!)..
.. stay in Detroit and take the time to open your eyes to the history of the place.. and dispite the short comings of many places around the world.. Detroit still is a place of opportunity...
