What trouble shooting have you done. Check the spark plugs, fuel pressure, plugwires, unhook the maf and clean it.

do you run an FMU or just bigger injectors? sounds like what was about to happen to me! why 9 lbs? thats alot dude! anything forged? most air/fuel gauges take their readings directly from the o2 sensors.... which makes them not the most accurate

check your FMU lines... also check your FMU but DONT turn it too much.... if at all. hopefully theres a set spot on the FMU knob thats shows how it should line up. if not turn it a tad in or out and see if that helps out at all. when did you do the injectors???

I would also recommend bringin that boost down a bit. As zuper said, 9 lbs. is a big load for a stock motor. I mean, it's your car, but you will get to enjoy it longer if you bring it down to at least 7.
