Hello,

I've order a radio for a friend,

I can see the clock, when i push, on or other button nothing happen....

Is the radio locked ?
Need your help.

Well it should say locked if thats whats wrong.

If you ordered it direct from GM give them a call with all the paper work info, if you got it from somewhere else(Hopefully the owner of the car) they should have the unlock code with them in the cars manual.

It very easily could be a defective radio as well. But the first thing I would do is as Drummerreagh said, Contact GM with all the info, or find the original manual with the code. Should be pretty simple to enter once you have it. just punch in the numbers and voila!
