Decisions, Decisions...(Catalytic Converter)

Well in my quest to find a cat with 3 inch in/outlet, my cheapest options are on eBay, of course. I found 3 that are very cheap, but can't decide if I should gut whichever I get or not. If anyone has used any of these, then tell me if the flow is any good without gutting it because SUPOSEDLY West Virginia will be getting some kind of emissions stuff next year that uses 'sniffers'. If that is true and they flow good out of the box, then no worries, but if they aren't any good, then i'll gut it and resort to getting a sticker illegally :D

Try mac exhaust, or mod your cat cuz they sell a off road pipe that has ball flanges so you can go from legal to ilegal in like 2 min.

That is a nice setup. You can have something like that made anywhere. Jegs sells the flanges IIRC.
