transmission mount

how the fu(k do you replace the transmission mount. A step by step and what makes it easiest would be appreciated. I also have a convertible if that really matters. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:

put rear on jackstands
unbolt bolt on crossmember connecting the mount to it.
jack up tailshaft untill the trans touches the floor.
unblot 2 bolts holding mount to tailshaft
pull out old mount
replace
repeat steps in reverse

That's how i alway did it. went to poly, never again!!
