hey, I have a question.. I Got enough money together and I am in the process of restoring my 90' T/A. The engine is a 305 T.P.I V8 with some work done to it. I just had the heads Rebuilt, they had bad valve guides. Whoever owned the car before me but a aftermarket BBK 52mm throttle body on it without making the holes on the plenum bigger..I took my DYE grinder and I made the holes the same size as the after market throttle body. everything is clean /rebuilt from the block up. It also has a chip installed in it from 1993 called C-jet. i dont know if thats O.E.M or not but with what I mentioned, will the car be more powerful now that the Throttle body will be able to do its job correctly and with the chip?.. I ask this because now is the perfect time to Install a Aftermarket cam. Ive been told my most of the people who know what im doing to Put a cam in her, because it will really wake the motor up...Any suggestions?...
