Okay, so my primary fan still isn't working, but my secondary fan does. So today I double checked the fuses and relays and they are good. So what are other potential problems? I know the sensor in the water pump, but that wouldn't make much sense because my secondary still kicks on. So what about a fan motor? My brother had a third gen and had to do that to his, and if the fan motor is the same, he said he still has the receipt for a lifetime warranty, so I could get that for free. Anything else that could be going wrong?? :dontknow:

Jump the fan to a 12v source and see if it turns on. If it does start back tracking from there. Wires, connections, and so on.

Well I haven't had the chance to try that yet, but I turned on the A/C today because it was raining, and I went through the drive-thru at Wendy's and the fans stayed on and kept the engine right in the middle on the temp gauge..so I am confused, it didn't use to do that :dontknow:

The fact that they come on with the a/c, both i presume, says the relays are fine the kick on signal for the low speed fan isnt getting signal.

Why would it get the hi and not the low? Broken wiring not included...

Signals come from different locations?

I reckon the PCM, governing which ones run and when, would have a second/seperate circuit for the hi... Hmmmm.
