The C6R Corvettes qualified 1 and 2 and took 1st and 2nd in the race this past weekend at Road Atlanta. It looks like it is going to more of the same this year in the ALMS. Johnny O'connell and Ron Fellows drove the number one qualifier and the winning number 3 car on Sunday. Oliver Gavin and Oliver Beretta qualified and placed second in the number 4 Corvette C6R. The weather could not have been better all weekend. I was lucky enough to have VIP credentials and watched a good portion of the race from the Chevy Suite in the tower on the pit straight. The yellow Corvettes look just as invincible as they did last year. Next stop is MId Ohio on the 22nd of May and then the 24 hours of Le Mans June 18th and 19th. Go Corvette!!!
