Every year, this even is held the 3rd week of August. I attended last year, just as a viewer, w/ my g/f and her family, and boys let me tell you. This show is F-ing amazing. From concepts, to imports, to muscle, to trucks and so-on and so-forth. You name it they have it. During the trip up there, starting around the Middle of the Week so approx. Wed. cars start piling into Troy, a suburb due Northeast(?) of Detroit. This event is held on Woodward Avenue between 12th Street and 17th street(? unsure will edit once approved) During the Day, beautiful cars, nothing but shine, and that week tends to have fantastic weather no matter what! And as the sun begins to set, their is even more light. The drivers will Light it up! Packed Street but everyone offers a right of way. I was Amazed :mrgreen: and this year I hope to attend. :drive:

I'm bringing this up now, to see if anyone else will be traveling up there this year. The Big Day is Saturday, August 21st this year. That is the Must Attend day. This show is HUGE, and the streets are PACKED w/ vehicles as far as the eye can see. You can pay for a reserved spot to park and show off your ride, or you can drive it around all day long. Carwashes give discounts, Hotels have Discounts, Gas Stations drop the prices, all because of this event. So who's with me?
