It is under the dash on the driverside to the right of the steering colum. There are 2 of them one for the hazards one for the turn signals. If i remember corectly.
Correct, the hazard one is right beside the Horn relay and the door jam alarm. Those are in your courtesy center (i think thats what its called) under the dash piece under your steering wheel. The turn signal one is on the black frame rail that your dash actually bolts to at the bottom. Should be somewhere close to the trans hump.

Well I have the seat reclined and up laying on my back, under the dash looking up and I can't find this damn relay anywhere. Can't even find the hazard of horn relay
the hazard one is under the panel under the steering wheel... in other words you have to take the panel off.
And if you find the black railing that i'm talking about that runs from one side of the car to the other, you'll see it on there. Its held on by a black metal clip that clips onto the railing. Should be somewhere towards the middle of the car, probably more towards the driver side.

I have the entire panel off underneath there. I can see all the wires, steering column all the way to the fire wall is exposed and theres nothing in my way. So if i'm laying with my back on the floor board looking up at the steering column it's going to be on my left. Closer to the font or rear of the dash? And i have found the bar, just nothing yet.
If your laying on your back with the seat reclined with your head in the floor board you should just be able to find the black bar that is flat that runs from the passenger side ground bolt to the driver side ground bolt. The turn signal relay is going to be somewhere between the passenger side and the driver side on that black bar. It will have a brown wire comming from the driver side on one side, and a purple wire going to the steering column.

if that does not work the front sockets are known to meltdown due to DRL's. Mine did the same thing. Sockets were the answer.

I have a similar problem. My left turn signal/park lamp on my '01 Trans AM Ws6 doesn't turn on. The turn signal works fine but the DRL part of it doesn't turn on. Only the passenger side one works. I changed the bulb, changed the socket too and still nothing. What could be the problem? I also noticed that the housing for the turn signal/park lamp is a little melted right around the hole where the socket goes in. Can someone help me out???
