Thanks Chief, as this represents a HUGE increase in pay/opportunity, but will also probably mean more hours, more travel, more headaches, but it is the nature of the beast, and nothing I am not currently dealing with, so why not get more $$.

I've got headhunters out there searching the geographical areas of interest
