Caprice Heating system

having heater troubles. Its not warming up at idol only if i press the gas peddle. Even when I am in gear. I started acting up lastnight. in the middle of the night. I wont even warm up if i dont stay in a low gear going down the road. the coolent level is full, I made sure of that tonight before i got out. I checked all the fuses that I can Find. Anyone got any idea's. I'm getting cold.

What does the cooling system look like? Are you getting pluged up in the core?

same thing was going on with my LT1, back flush the heater core and it should take care of it, it did for me atleast.
