I live in Rockmart.. which is about 2 hours lithia springs.... How often do you go to steele?... Me and a buddy of mine usually go atleast once a month and i might be going next week ( not taking my car)..

Never been or heard of Steele. Sure Commerce is closer, but road trips are cool to. I thought the closest other track was Reynolds, GA. Where is Steele and what about the track and stuff?

Steele is about i'd say atleast 3 hours from where you live. It's outside of gasden. It's a quarter mile track, usually a ton of 5.0's and 350z's there.. and some ricer kids too.. Track prep isn't that good.. Me and one of my buddies are trying our best to get to commerce. It's a 3 hour drive for us. So we usually resort to going to steele. lol

I will give you some notice then. First Friday in May would be a great night to plan a trip up if you wanted to.

The Southern Nationals are the week before so Commerce will be the Best of the Year that Friday because SO MUCH rubber will get laid down that EVERYONE will hook extremely good!

I should have my TRANS AM ready by then too. It my 9 month 11 second project that I pray will finally be running by then. I will have all my buddies up there too. Hopefully you can get your friends to come to and we can all meet up! Let me know!

You got it, I'll let you know a week or so in advance. My car needs a tune up bad, and a few other dodad's need to be tweeked on it before i feel it is track worthy:notworthy . So it won't make the trip but my buddies 12 sec SRT-4 is more than like what we will make the trip in. I will get back to you :thumbsup: .
