Amber alert= missing child, kidnapped or whatever. It's a national alert system that helps catch molesters, kidnappers, and parents that steal their kids from the other parent.

But typically it's been used to catch sick ****s after they kidnap kids to try and get their jollies off...

Granted, I only want it so I know if I get the chance to have some live target practice.
