? about the chat room

I dunno why, just wanted to know what i need to use the chat room here. It says I'm banned when I try to use it. Do I have to be a supporting member or get anything special?

That's my fault. I just need to correct a permissions setting. All registered users are supposed to have access. Will be fixed in 5 minutes.
