for the trany hit up a few of the sponsors and get yourself a good deal. as for the motor start with the basics. cai, exhaust, and tune. that will get you started. or are you looking for something bigger?

Good thing they are gone!! They were so cheap cuz they were making crappy stuff. There are Many ISSF members who would burn the shop down if Net Gearhead came back.

1.6 roller rockers, and change the rear gears that should take atleast a half second of the 1/4 mile time.

]tremec makes the t56]
snakeoilperformance has a good idea! there are 6-speed kits for the b-body. many have done it.
if you are getting the tranny done you should get a new stall converter while its out. the cheap route would be a 90's 4x4 s-10 stall. i think they flash at @ 2500. or you could do the right thing and buy a new one. i'd shoot for @ 3000 rpms. a good computer reprogram is also a good idea. gears, exhaust, grins

If you go with roller rockers get the LT4 knock module at the same time. It will likely save your some false knock headaches.
