Fans work, but...

I have the 160 stat and my fans are programmed to come on at 180-190, basically what PCM4less does. Up until recently they worked fine, both fans worked on low speed and high speed. Now only the drivers side fan is working on low. I unplugged the drivers side and let the motor get warm enough for the high setting to kick on and the passenger fan came on just fine.

I've tested all three relays and they check out per my Haynes manual. Any ideas???

you got me. i thought low speed only worked on the driverside? and then high speed was both. if thats not right then mine are broken to.

When I first got my PCM back they both came on low speed when the needle on the gauge was halfway between 160 and 180. And then they would both kick on high just before 180. Now the one fan doesn't come on until almost 180. The car hasn't overheated but it does run warmer at stop lights than it used to and it's alot colder outside now.
