I'm kind of reluctant to answerer due to the very limited information given. What mods have you done? Is it a M6, or A4? Is it a daily driver? If it goes boom can you afford to be without it? How often due you plan on spraying on it? Do you plan on buying safety equipment, like an ignition box to retard timing, window switch..ect?
WHATS THE MOST N0S (nos is a brand..don't shove nos parts down your intake please) I CAN GIVE MY LT1
The absolute most..or the most 'reliably'?
A well tuned 100-150 shot should be okay for occasional use, although my experiences will vary from yours, I have run a 150 shot about 10 passes a year for 3 years with no issues as of yet.
An exceptionally tuned 200 shot is possible for very limited use....but it will break something sooner rather than later, and at the very least you should have all the exhaust mods...and no I don't mean just a muffler.

just run the biggest nozzle you can find, then get a HP gauge and you tell US!

Safely run a 150 EFI system .. depends on the condition of the car .. if the car's maintenance is flawless and everything in the car has always been kept up youll be ok .. but if you start spraying and say the fuel filter hasnt been touched since goodwrench himself slapped it on .. then your fuel system wont be able to keep up with the demands of the NOS system resulting in your car spitting pretty flames from under the hood ....

We accidentally lit my car on fire a few months ago. That was fun. Brake cleaner + open spark = WOW!!!

Back on topic......I wouldn't spray anymore than 150 at a stock motor. Yeah, the LT1's are stronger but why risk it?

2 bolt main SB LT1 stronger than.....? If you plan on running much more than 125 or a richened 150 shot you should upgrade your fuel pump to stay safe. Those LT1's are picky. My friend is running a 125 and getting ready to use a 150 NX kit on his 94. He was running 12.60 N/A on stock bottom end and stock heads.

AHAHAH you actually made me laugh out loud, my dog looked at me funny. i told her she wasnt getting any food unless she pissed off. she stopped. i gave her an apple. anyways. YES! bigger fuel pumps are GOOOOOD! make it a little louder and take some time to get used to, but verrry helpful

I don't think it can even handle 150 very well...I can't imagine a 200 shot on a stock fuel system.
And all day safely is a pretty broad statement..Nitrous is pretty unpredictable and I wouldn't spray just for the heck of it..because someday somethin will break...and at least get intake and exhaust mods.

The video of your car using your intake as a flamethrower is on DVD. Joseph has it at the shop. I believe he uses it as a coaster for his coffee.

well i sprayed a 150 shot all the time, hooked the car and never had a fuel problem.
but yea, if you drive your car SOME day something will break.. if you beat your car up, some thing will break eventualy, probly sooner.
but i filled alot of nitrous bottles, and changed sparkplugs, alot more than then i did any other real maintence. and drove the car every day for 30,000 miles before the motor was hurt.
and as for nitrous, it can be unpredictable if you dont know what your doing, or of course equipment failures, if you take care of your shit and check it often and have luck your good..
neverh had a problem up to a 150 shot.
