Traction Control Question

Does anyone know if there is a way to add (ASR) to my car with it just standard TC? I am having some problems with finding a Reluctor gear set up for my car with just the standard TC. (IE 3 channel). If I can add the ASR then I will have a 4 Channel and be good to go.
