I have a 95 camaro v6 I just bought for 400,its a 5speed,I also just bought a 1970 4-bolt 350,2.02/1.60 heads,water pump,crank and rods,a single plane hi-rise intake,double roller timing set and a harmonic balancer,well obviously I ain't keeping the v6,ever thing above is going in,and I am basically building this car from the ground up,I have a few questions to ask,ok here we go

1 will the v6 5 speed tranny I have bolt to that motor

2 will the 350 bolt to the v6 k-member,or should I buy the tubed one from bmr
3will I have to cut the cowl for the intake and distributer,I read on another post about a really thin msd distributer, which one is it
4 do I need to keep the computer in the car to control the brakes/and ignition
5do I need to modify the fuel lines,if so how
6what size radiator should I use,is there any rad out of another car that will work,or wait is the v6 reverse flow cooling
7what should I use as far as headers will lt1 headers fit the old heads or will I have to get a custom set
8 whats easiest way to run the accessories with that motor in that car
9 will a racing oil pan fit, which one should I use
keep in mind this will be mostly a track car with rare street use so I am open to all Ideas, any info will be appreciated

You will need a k-member such as bmr's,or a motor plate settup.Lt1 headers will bolt right up to an old school sbc. The dist i think you're refering to is msd's "crab cap", but i'm unshure if you would still need to cut the cowl for it. I have heard that the lt1 radiator will work for sbc,but i have no exp with that as I am doing a bbc in my 95z.Good luck:)

1 will the v6 5 speed tranny I have bolt to that motor -Not Sure, but it would not take the HP I think (don't quote me)

2 will the 350 bolt to the v6 k-member,or should I buy the tubed one from bmr - Not Sure but i doubt it, if it's a trrack car you would save weight with the aftermarket piece anyway
3will I have to cut the cowl for the intake and distributer,I read on another post about a really thin msd distributer, which one is it - The Dist will tuck up under the winsheild where the wipers are and will be a PITA if you ever need to touch it.
4 do I need to keep the computer in the car to control the brakes/and ignition - No but you will lose the ABS I think and you won't have an opti
5do I need to modify the fuel lines,if so how - V6 fuel lines - not sure but might have to upgrade the pump to feed the 8
6what size radiator should I use,is there any rad out of another car that will work,or wait is the v6 reverse flow cooling
7what should I use as far as headers will lt1 headers fit the old heads or will I have to get a custom set - already answered
8 whats easiest way to run the accessories with that motor in that car
9 will a racing oil pan fit, which one should I use - you likey need the 2 pcs rear main seal - hundreds of those pans available, running Long Tubes I assume casue getting the Y pipe around the front of a 7Qt pan is a pain but not with a BMR tube front
keep in mind this will be mostly a track car with rare street use so I am open to all Ideas, any info will be appreciated

The Hi rise intake with carb and filter will not clear the hood, but if you get an aftermarket 3" or 4" cowl induction hood it would look good and be funtional

i dont think that the v6 tranny will bolt up

it will if the v6 is a 4.3L (90º) not if it is a 3.4L(60º)...the question is, will it hold up?

Since F-bodies never came with the 4.3 engine I think that answers that question.
