If rand mcnally could pop up directions from place to place, I'd buy it. Stop being teal-ish! :finger:

I have this:
Specs:
It's a Compaq notebook.
I believe it has a 14" screen.
AMD K6-2 at 400 MHz
64 mb RAM, upgradable to 192 (add 128 more) for about $50 I think.
6 GB hard drive
DVD ROM drive
3.5" Floppy
1 USB port
1 serial port
1 parallel port
1 KB/Mouse port
1 monitor port
1 docking station/port replicator
Power cord included.
The battery seems OK so far.
Windows 98. Freshly reinstalled from the included Compaq QuickRestore CD. I do NOT have the Windows 98 book, so I had to feed it a random key number.
I am also including a Logitech trackball mouse with it.
Let me know if you're interested.

I'd install linux on it.
EDIT: What kind of RAM does the motherboard support? Because, THIS (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820141181) only is $11!

You know, there's a kit for GPS nav you can buy for a laptop... my Grandpa's got one, said it came with everything and only cost like $150...
