Something in the driveline broke or came disconnected. RPMS went up all the way and bounced off the rev limiter after going over a dip. It is not the driveshaft or the differential because when they put it on the tow truck, the driveshaft was rotating as the car was rolling. The clutch pedal feels the same. The gear shifter seems like it can engauge into gears. You can enguage the clutch and the car will not move. The clutch, master and slave cylinder were just replaced a few months ago. Any ideas?

Okay I took off the slave cylinder and the bellhouse inspection plate, the clutch fork is loose, a few parts fell out here is a picture:

Those parts came out of the bellhousing and they are next to a penny sitting on a 2"x4" slab.

Is it possible that the ring that holds the tabs on the pressure plate snapped? Or that the throwout bearing failed
If this happened, would the car always remain in neutral?
See the ring in the middle?

It will have to come out irreguardless.
Especailly if a penny came out of the transmission. That's no good.
Should be at least two dimes in there.
