And to my surprise the rotors (Z51's) are not only drilled, they are also slotted. These are the OEM C5 Z51 option rotors that Chevy put on the Z51 optioned Vettes. They are really quite large compared to my stock rotors. We'll se how they perform this afternoon.

Yeah, I noticed the C6 Z06 Has Xdrilled rotors...I guess the bling factor is more important than braking performance on the Z06.

These rotors are both slotted and cross drilled. The holes are chamfered to relieve any strees on the rotor. It's interesting that both the Corvette and many Porche's have cross drilled rotors, you think maybe they know something we don't?

Well, all I can say now that the brakes are installed is WOW. They haul the car down like you threw an anchor out. There is some serious stopping power now to balance the extra 85 RWHP I just added.
