So who's buying that new Shelby GT500 Mustang?

I wish. I think my next car will my a LS1 fbody for more like $10k. But if I have the money!

I will deffinately consider it if it will really be going for around $40k. With a new C6 going for around 50k and the new Z06 will prob be around 65-75k. If you can buy a 450 horse gt500 for $40k or less it should be a decent deal. I'll have to drive it first, I know it is going to be a whole new car, but I thought about buying an '04 Cobra and I hated it, it was fast, but I hated everything else about it, so this car will really have to impress me with a lot more than just power.
