After careful info fact finding I have ordered a C5 complete upgrade kit instead of the C6 ZO6 upgrade kit. My reasons were simple, it turns out to be very expensive for all the parts needed (over $2K) and I just don't need that much braking power (I don't road race anymore) at the present time.
I purchased OEM
Red ZO6 (C5) calipers:
Z51 Rotors (OEM cross drilled)
Dura Stop Ceramic pads (lifetime GM warrantee)
UMI C5 conversion brackets
All GM pins and washers needed for a grand total of$771 plus shipping. Can't beat the quality and peace of mind buying genuine GM replacement parts.
