Ok I just bought a laptop and I was wanting to run some software to checkl how my car is running. I downloaded the lt1 edit prog and now I Was wondering will this cable work or do I got to buy a different one? you would need the hardware to go along with the software Im assuming this is for your 95Z28 which probably is obd1 but with an obd2 connector...so the connector is correct but you'll still need the hardware in between that & your laptop.
