well had brake filud driping on my foot today. So i looked at the clutch master clyinder and there is only one nut holding it to the firewall just wondering if this ever happend to anyone else.

should be a big U bolt holding it on.

there is the big u bolt. but there was only one nut on it and no marks on the other bolt that there was ever a nut there also the nut is a locking nut so one couldent have fallan off

i had one lock washer behind the highest nut, and the lower nut there wasnt a lock washer. if you only have 1 nut, then thats a sign that the master was removed or tampered with.
